Role confusion occurs during adolescence, especially during the early teens. During this stage, teens search for a sense of self and personal identity, leaving them confused, anxious and angsty. This in turn affects their grades, social relationships & wellbeing. Let Me Be Me is a bite-sized workshop that helps them navigate through this confusing period to emerge more comfortable and confident.
Date: 8th February/ Saturday
Time: 2 pm to 4 pm

Teen Mentoring & Family Mediation
We specialise in teen mentoring & family mediation and we go about it gently.
We know that being a teenager is complicated. It’s especially difficult to navigate identity and role confusion in teens and pre-teens. What does role confusion mean? Watch here
We offer teens an informal & safe space to lay out their thoughts, blow off out steam and eventually settle in to a comfortable identity space. We also address issues like self esteem, self image, peer pressure, bullying, sibling rivalry, goal setting etc.
Once they have been able to unpack who they are, where they fit in and what bothers them, they can focus their energy on things that matter. They find a way to reach their full potential. A happy teen is a highly productive teen and we have seen transformations, whether in studies, extra-curricular activities or in general attitude. We recommend 1-3 mentoring sessions for every teen or pre-teen. While our sessions are confidential, we believe in keeping the channels of communications open with parents.
